The role of women in shaping society, mentality and economy is not anew. They hold an equal amount of intelligence and courage to upliftment themselves but often lack opportunities. Cellecor Foundation believes that empowering women begins with creating meaningful opportunities for them to learn, develop practical skills and participate more confidently in social and economic life.
Our approach extends beyond financial assistance to focus on vocational training under CSR initiatives, helping needy women gain financial independence and economic security. Women skill development CSR allows self-reliance through several mediums.
How Does Cellecor Foundation Operate in the Women Empowerment Sphere?
Under Mission Livelihood – Sdn. Kulwant Kaur Skill Training, Cellecor Foundation supports vocational training designed to improve women's employability and financial independence.
Training initiatives include skills such as stitching and beautician courses. These vocational certifications enable women to develop abilities that can support employment or self-employment.
In the coming years, Cellecor Foundation's wider roadmap is to include digital literacy and entrepreneurial training, helping women prepare for changing livelihood opportunities.
