Education: Creating Opportunities for Every Child
Cellecor Foundation aims to break the myth that education is a privilege for children coming from humble backgrounds.
In our country, where education is comfortably sacrificed for economic or social reasons, we firmly believe that it should be our first and foremost responsibility to offer children an infrastructure needed to accomplish remarkable feats.
Our commitment, therefore, is to strongly work for school education CSR initiatives that firstly, allows early learners to grasp elementary knowledge, secondly, young learners to continue learning without worrying about their financial or social responsibilities and lastly, to sharpen the skills of our young adults to boost their employability.
How Does Cellecor Foundation Operate in the Education Sphere?
As part of Mission Sarbat Da Bhala, Cellecor Foundation, in association with the Gurmukh Education Foundation, is supporting the education of 200 children. The initiative aims to ensure that financial limitations do not interrupt a child’s right to learn.
The Cellecor Foundation’s CSR for education in India extends its support to essential needs such as food, stationery and daily commute. This step helps regain the retention rate.
Our approach focuses on holistic development that helps children to not only perform academically, but also develop the capabilities required for the future.
Cellecor Foundation organises and supports extra-curricular activities, creative exercises and interactive learning opportunities that allow our young minds to discover their interest.
Vocational Studies
As part of digital education CSR, Cellecor Foundation has been funding various vocational courses to improve the employability of individuals. Under the Mission Livelihood- Sdn. Kulwant Kaur Skill Training Centre, the Foundation aims to improve employability through practical and vocational training.
Courses like sewing, computer applications, digital marketing and other skill-based training programs equip participants with practical abilities that can be applied directly in the workplace or used to create their own livelihood opportunities.
Most importantly, the courses are offered irrespective of gender, social background or economic status, enabling individuals from different walks of life to learn.
